Description
The principle of hydraulic shears operation is to compress with great force the object of dismantling, as well as to cut and crush it. Hydraulic shears for excavator "Gidrozub" can be used not only at dismantling of constructions, but also at processing of construction waste. They easily break down concrete structures, crush concrete and reinforced concrete, cut steel beams and other construction debris.

Our twin-cylinder design allows for the widest jaw opening and more force. The combination of the frame and the Hardox steel jaws creates optimal breaking performance with minimal wear on the shear. The hydraulic shears are equipped with a special hydraulic mechanism that makes them rotate freely through 360°.
GIDROZUB GN concrete shearers are produced for excavators from 6 to 50 tons.
To work with this equipment, the excavator must be equipped with two hydraulic lines:
- one dual-flow, for opening-closing hydraulic cylinders,
- a second one - rotating - for rotation.
